I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?

As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole, so you can develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, health and overall feeling of well-being.

My approach is not to create a list of restrictions or good and bad foods but to work with you to create a happy, healthy life in a flexible, fun, and rewarding way.

I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.

Health Coaching Programs and what to expect...

6-month Health Coaching Program

During this program, we will meet twice a month for a duration of 60 minutes. The reason why it’s 6 months is that this is the right amount of time to experience every scenario the person can experience (high and low time, stressful situations, social situations, change of seasons, and more). It’s also enough time to develop new habits, drop a habit and re-establish a habit and slowly incorporate new changes into your life.

Together we will define what you value most from your well-being. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals and co-create a plan to reach your health goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward, and what progress you've made.

One thing that makes me different from the traditional nutritionist or dietitian, is that I break food into two categories: secondary food and primary food. The secondary food goes in terms of meat, fruits, vegetables, grains, if you are on medication, if you take supplements, or if you smoke or drink alcohol. Basically, everything that goes into your mouth is considered secondary food.


The primary food is your relationship, career, physical activity, and spirituality.  So whenever there is an imbalance in one food, there is always an imbalance in another. So by you and I working together on secondary food, we will also see what is not working in your primary food. Over the course of the six months, I will be able to give you different food and lifestyle tips that will allow you to address your current situation differently and eventually have the life your desire.

$75 per session

Discounts are available if paid in full (12 sessions) 

or in two payments ( 6 sessions each)

3-month Health Coaching Program

Same program as 6 months, but a shorter version, for clients who don't want to commit to a full program and want to see if the health coaching will work for them.

$85 per session
